Our employment agreement doesn’t have any restrictive covenants that make it difficult if you wanted to leave. Direct access to every element of your business

Each division has a Regional Operations Center (ROC) that is focused on getting each and every one of your loans closed. We don’t have overlays and use a common sense approach to underwriting. You have direct access to your underwriters and everyone along the way to get your loans closed. We have a scenario desk as well as a ROC Manager to personally assist with any needs you might have.
